How do I apply for an account?

1. Simply click on ”Register”.
2. Fill up your email address and password. Your email address will also be your Login ID.
3. Fill up the required user details and submit to complete the registration.

Can I get my contractor to apply Permit To Work (PTW) on behalf of the Tenant?

Yes, you may get your contractor to apply on behalf of you(Tenant). Every time your contractor applies a Permit To Work(PTW), you will also receive an email notification. And if that application is not instructed by you(Tenant), please do inform us at workpermit@apmasia.com.sg immediately.

How long does it takes for my Permit To Work (PTW) application to be approved?

All Permit To Work (PTW) applications must be submitted at least three (03) working days (Mondays-Fridays) prior to the actual work for processing. Do ensure that all required supporting documents are submitted, otherwise it may caused the application to take longer for approval.

[New Update] How do I pay the fit-out works deposit? Can I pay online directly?

The submission of fit-out works deposit is only by cheque. The online payment gateway is currently work-in-progress. 

[Update] You can pay the fit-out works deposit by PayNow, E-Nets and Virtual Bank Transfer from 1st July 2021 onwards!

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Click on the "Forgot your password". You will be directed to a page to key in your email address.

A one-time temporary password will be sent to your email address. 

Use the temporary password and login to the system and you will be prompt to change your password.

If you do not receive the email containing the temporary password, do email to workpermit@apmasia.com.sg and we will attend to you as soon.

What documents are required to be uploaded for Fit out &/ Reinstatement for Retail Mall Tenants?

Besides submission of Risk Assessment, and Workers’ Name List, kindly refer to requirements by FM/ MCST listed in Section A Page 4 namely: 

  1. Indemnity Letters
  2. Insurance cover
  3. Work at Heights
  4. Violation of Fitting Out Regulations Charges
  5. Fit Out Deposit Receipt Form, and Etc. 

Templates and forms are found in RTG Section B for you to complete and upload the scanned copy.

How much is the Fit out &/ Reinstatement deposit for Retail Mall Tenants?

I would like to do a bulk upload of workers' name list, how can I do that?

Please download the Workers' Name list excel template and fill in the information without changing the format and upload your completed excel sheet.

The Workers' Name List Microsoft Excel Template can be found in the Guides/ Form or within the PTW application.

Can I pay the Fit Out Deposit by bank transfer instead of cheque?

Please contact Facilities Management (FM) & MCST Finance for bank transfer details and co-ordinate the payment receipt.

I have an approved PTW for work in the Retail Mall, can I apply for a separate Hot Work Permit later? What are the documents required?

Yes, you may apply for an additional Hot Work permit in addition to a previous approved PTW for the main works.

You are require to include the documents mentioned in RTG Section A Pg 7 relevant to the work.

My PTW has already been approved. But I need to update workers' list and upload new documents. What can I do?

Applicants will now be able to Update Workers’ List and Add Additional Documents even after PTWs are approved.

- Click on the Editing Icon.

-   It will bring you to Workers’ List where you can do their update or upload of excel template. 

- Go Next. It will bring you to submitting of necessary documents. You will be able to add new documents. Existing documents will not be able to be removed.

- And submit the application to confirm the updates.

I have completed the Fit-Out works. How do I seek for deposit refunds?

Kindly complete attached MCST’s Payee form and forward to FM, Engrg & MCST Finance (Lee Chin Ling) for them to facilitate processing refund payment of deposit(s) via Internet Banking.

PTW for Skip Bin Parking

Where are the approved skip bin parking locations?

Their approved locations are as follows:

-  Basement 2 Loading Bay 

-  Level 2 Loading Bay

-  Open Space Carpark

What is the approved allocated timing and its availability?

The approved skip bin parking timing is 11pm to 6am daily (No charges). The skip bin parking area is a "First-Come-First-Serve" basis due to limited available lots for this purpose. 

If we require to park the skip bin beyond the allocated timing, is it chargeable and who do we have to contact?

Yes, parking of skip bin beyond the allocated timing (11pm - 6am) is chargeable and requires additional application through our Carpark Team. Please kindly link up with our Carpark Team at carparkservices@apmasia.com.sg to apply for the extended usage. (Note: Application of extension requires 3 working days).
